Workshop Options

IN STUDIO / YOUR LOCATION

Hosting a variety of hand-building workshops as well as private events, corporate team building, birthday parties, etc. 4-8 in studio, 8+ on-location.

AUBURN BAY STUDIO 

Small group in-studio workshops. I can host 4-8 people for hand-building workshops in the studio. If you do not see a workshop date that works for you, please send me a message. I am happy to accommodate private groups of 4-8 on request. 
I provide all the equipment, tools, and instruction. You build your piece(s) and once dry, I will take care of firing and glazing for you. Takes approximately 4-5 weeks to completely dry, bisque fire, glaze and refire. 

HOST YOUR OWN WORKSHOP AT HOME OR IN THE OFFICE

I also offer the option to host a workshop in your home. Gather a group of friends, and enjoy some snacks and beverages while I set everything up for you. I will demo what we will be making and assist through the process. At the end, I will clean everything up, pack all your pieces, and take them to my studio where I will dry them out before firing and glazing. I will deliver all your pieces back to you in 4-5 weeks. Also available for corporate events, all you need to provide is a place for each person to sit at a table. I will handle everything else. 

Minimum 6-person booking for an on-location workshop.

Hand-building - Customized Mug   Learn to slab build your own customized mug. 
$75 per person. 
Class length 2.5 - 3 hours.

Hand-building - Customized Travel Tumbler   Learn to slab build your own customized travel tumbler. 
$75 per person Medium-sized tumbler.
$80 per person Large-sized tumbler.
Class length 2.5 - 3 hours.

Hand-building - Customized Pet Dish   Build and decorate a pet dish.
$65 per person. 
Class length 2.5 - 3 hours.

Hand-building - Platter 
Create your own platter, and 3 pinched dip/sauce bowls. 
$115 per person.
$90 per person platter only.
Class length 2.5-3 hours.

Hand-building - Ornaments
Make 5-8 ornaments (depending on size and details) and customize them with text, stamps, carvings, and textures.
$75 per person
Class length 1.5 hours.

Hand-building - Tiny House Village 
Make your own tiny house village. You will be provided with enough clay to make up to 10 tiny houses (depending on the style you make). 
$70 per person.
Class length 1 hour

Hand-building - Incense / Tealight  House
Incense House $75 per person
Tealight House / Planter $75 per person
Class Length 1.5 hours - 2 hours. 

Birthday Parties
$200 Base Fee
The number of participants included in the base fee will depend on the workshop you choose. I offer a variety of customized birthday party workshops ranging from carving ceramic tic-tac-toe boards and playing pieces, tic-tac-toe to-go sets, pre-made pieces for decorating only, and all the options listed above.  I also offer special pricing for birthday parties, so please get in touch for more information.
